Simply visit the resident portal link above, create an account, choose your application type, and follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your application. Monitor progress and complete additional steps as requested through the web app. The system also securely processes payments and issues final documentation digitally. At this time, the borough office will still provide and accept paper applications and in-person payments.

While we are excited to release this to the public, we also understand that with the rollout of any new technology issues may come up. We ask that any issues with the web app be communicated via our “File a Complaint” link on the homepage. This will allow us to track and troubleshoot issues as they come up and work directly with the affected user.
