    • Motion to enact an ordinance amending Chapter 21 of the code of ordinances of the Borough of Freeland titled Streets and Sidewalks to add a new Part 8 and Part 9 titled Construction and Repair of Curbs and Sidewalks and Enforcement and Penalties respectively and providing for responsibilities of property owners, general provisions, construction methods, and additional regulations
    • Motion to approve the agreement of sale between the FIDC and Freeland Borough for the property located at Johnson and Birkbeck streets.
