A. Budget, Finance, & Administration
• Update on the dissolution of FBDA
• Advertise the Ordinance Designating Pennsylvania Municipal Service Company as the collector for delinquent garbage and stormwater fees imposing on delinquent ratepayers the obligation to pay reasonable costs incurred by the delinquent fee collector for collection of delinquent fees, penalties, and interest.
• Garbage and Stormwater bills are being processed and should be in the mail by June 30th. Current charges are $250.00 per unit for garbage and $81.00 residential stormwater.
• Anthracite Waste requests changing the East Side collection day to Tuesday instead of Wednesday.

VI. Correspondence
• WNEP will be shooting footage at Martin’s Square from where Joe Snedeker will be departing as part of the Go Joe 27 bicycle ride for St. Joseph’s Center on July 25th at 8:00am.
• James Moore from Living Unlimited, Inc. has requested permission for his students to volunteer to clean the Public Park on July 23rd or July 26th. Liability insurance certificate is on file.
• Rally for the Mayor Bike Run will be held July 28th from 11:00am – 4:00pm at the American Legion. Will require partial street closure on Centre St.
