  • Close Liquid Fuels ESSA account and move proceeds to Community Bank
  • Garbage Exoneration requests for 3 properties are pending until inspections by Code Enforcement are completed.
  • NEMO training completed during a two-day session 3/8/2024 and 3/9/2024 at the Borough Building
  • Borough website has launched https://www.freelandborough.org
  • Official Facebook page launched
  • Met with Community Bank and PLGIT for fund management and banking

  • Discuss placing the remaining 526 Fern Street kitchen items on Municibid including folding chairs, dishwasher, stainless serving table, hood with fire suppression, and 2 roll up doors.

F. Ambulance

  • Joshu Richie was present at the Ambulance Association meeting
  • Freeland Borough will make available both the 990 tax forms and the audits of the Freeland Northside Community Ambulance for public viewing during normal office hours 

G. Rec Board

  • Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Public Park on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 11:00am for Freeland residents.
  • Looking for donations for Easter Baskets/ Tricky Trays to raffle off at the Easter Egg Hunt

  • The Sons of Erin Parade will take place this Saturday the 16th
  • Discuss allowing the Hazleton Mustangs to use Borough fields for practice and games, must provide insurance, waivers, etc.
