      1. Motion to adopt an Ordinance Amending the Provisions of Chapter 13, Part 1 of the Freeland Borough Code Regularing Amusement and Skill-Based Gaming Devices.
      2. Motion to adopt an Ordinance Establishing a Rental Property Licensing and Inspection Program to Ensure Compliance with Safety, Health, and Zoning Requirements.
      3. Motion to adopt an Ordinance Amending the Freeland Borough Code to Establish Measures for Non-Payment of Mandatory Garbage Collection Services, including Liens and Execution.
      4. Motion to advertise an Ordinance Amending Chapter 21: Streets and Sidewalks
      5. Motion to advertise the Electronics Recycling Event
      6. Motion to appoint Joe Stepansky to Chair of the Safety Committee
      7. Motion to appoint Eckert Seamans Cherin Mellott, LLC to provide legal services in connection with the Issuance by the Borough of Freeland of a General Obligation Note in the approximate amount of $3,600,000.00 with a fixed legal fee of $22,500.00 to be paid following the closing of the debt obligation anticipated to be in the fall of 2025.
      8. Motion to approve Pay App #3 from Spotts Brothers Inc. for the Freeland Borough HVAC Project in the amount of $42,261.30
      9. Motion to adopt a resolution (FIDC)
      10. Motion to engage in professional services with Barry Isett Engineering for the application of a DCED LSA Grant and a DCED MTF Grant not to exceed $5,000.00 each in fees.

      1. Motion to engage professional services from a certified real estate appraiser to estimate the value of the vacant Borough land located on rear North Street. 
    3. Public Safety
      1. Motion to approve the FD’s Boot Drive on June 20-22 with rain dates of June 27-29
      2. Motion to approve handicap parking request at 318 Centre Street
      3. Motion to approve handicap parking request at 1000 Walnut Street (carried over from last meeting) 
      4. Motion to renew our participation with the Federal Surplus Program
      5. Motion to purchase parking tickets and bags at a cost of $3,690.00
      6. Motion to advertise part-time police clerk position @ ____ /hr with hours not to exceed ___ hours per week.
