    1. Administration
      • Motion to adopt a Resolution Requesting a DCED LSA Statewide Grant of $1,000,000 for updating sidewalks and curbs of the 300 Block of Centre Street 
      • Motion to appoint Joshua Richie as an executor of all documents and agreements to obtain the DCED LSA Statewide Grant for Freeland Borough
      • Motion to appoint Heather Donish as an executor of all documents and agreements to obtain the DCED LSA Statewide Grant for Freeland Borough
      • Motion to give bill folder to the Freeland Municipal Authority
      • Motion to accept the quote from ________________ Insurance with a $________ deductible in the amount of $_________ per individual. 
      • Motion to open an account at Community Bank for the Planning Commission with Joshua Richie and __________________ acting as signers.
      • Motion to reappoint Dave Kavitski to a 5- year term on the Freeland Municipal Authority Board.
      • Motion to terminate employment of  __________________ effective immediately.
    2. Finance
      • Motion to advertise the 2026 Budget
      • Motion to approve the 2026 Solvency Fee in the amount of $1,128.61
    3. Public Safety
      • Motion to approve the Walnut Street handicap parking request
      • Motion to deny the Front Street handicap parking request due to lack of response for more information from applicant
      • Motion to approve the purchase of 250 Non-Traffic citation forms from Minuteman Press not to exceed $342.80.
      • Motion to approve the quote from Slick Cyber Systems for Freeland Police Department computer system upgrades in an amount not to exceed $21,000.
      • Motion to approve the request to release $3,159.40 of the EMS Tax Funds to the Freeland Northside Community Ambulance Association for reimbursement of November 2025 budgeted expenses. 
    4. Public Works
      • Motion to approve a payment from the Storm Water Account of $3,700 to Gerlach Excavating LLC for removal of two trees on Foster Street 
      • Motion to accept the quote from M&J Excavation not to exceed $12,000 paid from the Storm Water account for additional work on Alvin Street.
      • Motion to purchase a shed from Team Supply for 526 Fern Street not to exceed $2,799
      • Motion to approve the quote from Covered Wagon for a Simplicity Snow Blower not to exceed $2,899.99.
    5. Code Enforcement and Zoning
    6. Recreation
      • Motion to approve the Bethel Baptist request to host the annual Living Nativity on December 13, 2025 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm with a rain date of December 14, 2025.
