      1. Motion to adopt the Resolution Establishing the Freeland Borough 150th Anniversary Celebration Committee for the purpose of organizing and assisting with the Borough’s sesquicentennial celebration and setting forth its structure, duties, and dissolution.
      1. Motion to advertise an Ordinance Establishing the Freeland Community Redevelopment Authority, Defining its Purpose, Powers, and Governance, and Providing for the Acquisition, Management, and Disposition of Blighted, Vacant, and Tax-Delinquent Properties.
      1. The Freeland Municipal Authority has announced the resignation of Municipal Authority Board member Raymond Clymer. Council is obligated to appoint a replacement for this vacancy.

      1. Motion to approve the ratified Resolution Authorizing the Slusser Law Firm to Initiate Code Enforcement Action Against Property Owners Victo Vega and Jasmine Vega, His Wife
      1. Motion to adopt the Resolution Naming the Roads located within Hawk Hills Trailer Park, East Hawk Hills Drive, West Hawk Hills Drive, and Cherone Court.

Motion to approve the request by Freeland Elementary School to close Johnson Street between Dewey Street and Birkbeck Street, the 700-800 block of Birkbeck Street, the 500-700 block of Front Street, the 600 block of Centre Street, the 700 block of Main Street, the 600 block of Washington Street, and Sabol Street alongside the YMCA for the annual Halloween Parade to be held on October 31, 2024 beginning at 12:30pm and ending at 1:45pm.
      1. Motion to appoint Cathy Maloney to a ___-year term on Rec Board
      1. Motion to approve the YMCA’s request to close Sabol Street November 8, 2024 through November 18, 2024 for their Roof Project. [Original dates requested were November 5th through November 15th]
