      • Motion to approve a Resolution of the Borough Council of Freeland, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, authorizing the submission of a grant application in the amount of $145,246.52 for the 2025 capital improvement project grant for ADA upgrades and community enhancements at 526 Fern Street.

      • Motion for ratification of Borough’s prior approval to enter into an Agreement of sale to purchase the Freeland Northside Community Ambulance property and lease back the same such property to the Freeland Northside Community Ambulance Association. [Roll call]
      • Motion to re-approve and ratify adopting an Ordinance of the Council of the Borough of Freeland authorizing and securing the issuance of a general obligation note, in the principal amount of $150,000.00, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act, to finance the purchase of the Freeland Northside Community Ambulance Property , and to pay related expenses; accept a bank loan proposal to purchase the note; setting forth the terms and substantial form of the note; creating a sinking fund and appointing a sinking fund depository for the note; pledging the full faith, credit, and taxing power of this Borough to secure the note; and containing related provisions. [Roll call]
