PAMS has begun sending garbage bills for Freeland Borough
PAMS, the billing company for Freeland Borough’s Storm Water and Solid Waste services, has sent out the first bill for garbage services. Payments for these services MUST be made through PAMS and will no longer be accepted through the borough office. Storm Water bills are scheduled to be sent out July 1st.

You say Garbage bills can be paid on LIne. Your vendor pams does not have a tab for freeland. The “mailing” does not have a invoice number only an account number. What should be a simple clerical task is a “project” I guess not a suprize What next? Please advise. Thank you.

If not, you can call the number on the bill and they will walk you through making a payment online. It’s part of the service they provide our residents. Also, if you use a checking account the cost is only $0.40.
